- Penelec (First Energy PA) residential PTC rates will increase from 9.744 to 10.474 cents per kWh. Your electricity supply cost rises from $83.21 to $89.45
- Penn Power(First Energy PA) residential PTC rates will rise from 10.389 to 11.168 cents per kWh. That’s a supply increase from $88.72 to $95.37
- West Penn Power (First Energy PA) residential PTC rates will increase from 8.787 to 9.481 cents per kWh. This will take your electricity supply cost from $74.98 to $80.97
- Lastly, DLC Residential rates are decreasing from 11.85 cents per kWh to 10.85 cents per kWh. An average electricity supply cost would go down from $101.20 to $92.66
