“ I live in an apartment and my utility is usually low because I'm always at work. However, there were months when I was on a business trip out of state (for full months) and I was not home at all, but my utility bill was MORE THAN DOUBLE than usual for that month that I was gone and the month after that. I made sure all the appliances were off and unplugged, I even have pictures to make sure before I've left for my trip. I called the service representatives. They say will see what they can do. Bottom line, months after, they have not done anything. I have not heard from them at all. I ended up paying everything with no further explanation to my concern that I brought up with them. ”
