Deceptive practices

I haven't received my first bill with this supplier yet as I just signed up so I can't speak to any billing issues. The young lady that came to my home was professional, knowledgeable, and very nice. I received my information packets for my gas and electric plan with your company. The young lady left out the part where I'm STUCK in a TWO YEAR, fixed rate contract with early termination fees!!! I don't like deceptive practices and I am going to find out how to report this.
