Havent had a issue girl came to my door had badge out and was very knowledgeable. Walked me through the entire process and made sure i understood. No hidden fees or issues.

This rep came to my house. & absolutely made my day! not only this company is great for the environment, they help me save money on my electric bill. while giving me the different options to pay my bill

The agent came to my door in Rushmore clothes. He went through my bill with me and let me know about Rushmore's 3 year product. The process was easy and professional. No hidden fees, and when I spoke to their customer service agent, she was very cheerful and helpful.

They made it easy to sign up. And the rate was truly fixed, so I didn't have to worry about rates going up with bad weather, the war, and everything.

its nice to have a long term contract because i like stability and at decent price, so far so good

Ive had a wonder AA man come to my home. This gentleman was so knowledgeable and so truthful of what was presented to me. He let me know yes Ill have a protected rate above what Im at currently and he showed me this. He let me know there is an early termination fee of simply $5.00 per month he showed me that. The gentlemen was nice, kind, and showed genuine care for me and even my bill. He had his badge displayed and he we very knowledgeable. Over the phone when he mad a call to the third party verification; they asked if I was comfortable with him here with me while I was on the phone I said absolutely and hes very nice thank you.
I understand rates go up rates go down itll be this way forever, but the experience I received from Rushmore Energy African American gentleman rep was top notch knowledgeable and kind. I highly recommend this experience of excellent customer service. Thank you Rushmore for have a complete honest worker for your company her in Pa in the Williamsport area.

Their rep comes and knocks on your door.Wants your electric bill.Telling you that he works for local electric company. Their. mistake was using my phone.I got their phone number 800-590-7295. Their rep. 1-849-910-018.

Someone knocked on my door and lied that Delmarva change the supplier that is why he came to update that. Instead he tricked me to sign, which turned out to be a 36 month plan with almost 70% higher rate. Luckily I called Delmarva to confirm if it was really a change made by them. Then I realized it was a scam and told Delmarva not to do any change in my account even if someone asked.

This company displayed unscrupulous and disingenuous conduct when tricking me into changing to them as the provider to my electric company. Agent showed up at my door and had all my information from my current power company and made it seem that she was a subcontractor for them and was trying to be sure I received best kwh rate. Preyed upon my ignorance to actually get me to accept more costly plan. I read the fine print of the contract after she left and am attempting to cancel this change within the initial 3 day grace period. I have left a voicemail and sent an email to this company.

Some guy came to the house and he works for this company. He talked so fast. I knew it was a load of crap. I sensed something wrong before I came home and there I see this guy trying to scam my parents. I hate to see them go through this again.

SCAMMERS TRIED TO SCAM ME AND SWITCH MY SERVICE THIS SCUM CAME TO MY DOOR HAD ME CALL MY CURRENT SERVICE TO GET MY PRIVATE INFORMATION THAT SCAMMER.

They add $100 to your bill and if you dont pay it they charge you $5 a month

These people will talk you into anything. They make it sound really good when their at your door. They say it's going to be cheaper and i'm paying the most I have ever paid for electric. I asked about a cancellation fee if I changed my mind and the woman told me it was a 5 dollar flat rate to cancel whenever I decided to. Turns out it is a 36 month contract with a fixed rate of 9.99 kwh and it is 5 dollars PER MONTH YOU HAVE LEFT IN YOUR CONTRACT if you cancel!!!! and they only give you 3 days to change your mind.

These dudes came to my place pretending to be Peco energy employees to get a hold of my account information. Total scam and con artists who are jerks and pushy if you said no.

Rushmore Energy keeps coming to my door. Wont let me alone. Im not interested. I know these things are scams.

They will come knocking at my door at times and I just tell them to beat it. I would sooner do business with my own power company rather than a third party company I've been there before and I had to pay an early termination fee. I did pay my fee and it was turned over to the credit bureaus. Rushmore, find an honest way of working and not gypping people. It's not right and you know it!

Kenny was the only helpful worker at Rushmore. The bills are astounding. 3-$400 a month for a 600 square foot apt in new castle crossing. He helped tell us how to clear it all up. No one else could offer anything.

I sent in a letter to cancel my account months ago and today I received a bill for $633.00 why is this still active after I canceled. And why is it so high when its an apartment not a house and when we arent even home most of the time. They are fraudulent billing on an account that I cancel. I will not be paying one penny of this bill when I replied to them that I didnt want to have there company as my electric company. And still Im being charged. This is illegal, I want this taken off my bill and to receive an letter statement that this account has been closed and canceled now or I will file charges of fraud.

had 3 CS Reps disconnect calls because I asked for a Supervisor. Barely spoke English, refused to transfer call for ligitimate concerns. Refused Supervisor. Refused to put me on Do Not CaLL List until the 4th rep finally pretended to be a supervisor. I would never do business with a company with such ignorant and rude customer service. Shame on this company for having such a rude and ill-trained foreign Customer Service department.

Last week, a woman arrived at my door claiming to work for ComEd and that I was mandated to switch energy suppliers. She said I had not responded to a notice from ComEd. She was preying on the account/billing changes ComEd made this year. She even had two laminated pieces of paper, one with a picture of a piece of mail from ComEd and a ComEd bill to convince me that I had not responded to an official notice. She said that she needed to see my bill to make the switch. I was caught off-guard but told her I would go look for a bill and be right back. While I was gone, she entered my apartment without permission. So now, she is trespassing in my home standing over my shoulder pressuring me find a bill to show her. She then forced me to sign something on her phone, turn location services on my phone on and answer questions from an automated phone call. She never explained what I was signing or that it was an optional service. According to the Rushmore Energy Better Business Bureau profile, many others have very similar experiences. Beware.

Don't get them they doubled my bill and now it's a nightmare to get out of the agreement unless I pay an outrageous amount and it also feels like they keep extending my agreement when I ask how long I have left

since i agreed to their service my electric bill has jumped $122,00 a month and seems like i can never get out of my contract without paying an outragous fee i dont and never will recommend them to anyone its a scam

Signed up for a 36 mo fixed rate that I thought was reasonable. 1st bill is $30 more than normal with a $9.95 monthly service fee that I wasn't aware of. It was in my written contract but on the second page not on the front summary. Went to cancel after this 1st month and charged $170. Later reduced to $100. Said I could renew for a rate .5 /kwh higher than original. This is a rip off, especially the monthly service fee and not fully disclosing it at sign up.

The 3rd party mentioned a 36 month contract, and when I began to ask questions about that and cancellation fees the rep couldn't tell me under what situations the fee would apply, and the 3rd party rep simply hung up the phone. They never mentioned a monthly service fee at all. I declined and asked the rep to leave.

Scammed my parent who has dementia and Parkinsons. Tricked him to sign up for a three year deal. Cost my parents hundreds in extra costs after just 10 months.
Preying on the elderly disgusts me.

The rep that came to my door was very nice. However, I didn't realize until we were nearly done that he wasn't a PPL employee because he was talking about a "mistake" in the rate calculation. When I realized and asked some questions he talked about how much money Rushmore would save me and even how they would adjust my previous bills. Too good to be true! Knew it but I was in a hurry to get back to work. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH RUSHMORE!!! NEVER did he mention an early termination fee!! He RUSHED me through the sign up process and made sure he stuck around until I got the phone call to confirm my enrollment. Rushmore's rate is WAY HIGHER than the rate I was getting from PPL. I called yesterday to CANCEL them as my supplier and learned that I have to PAY RUSHMORE $175 FOR EARLY TERMINATION!! I am SO ANGRY!! WHAT A SCAM!!! I am going to pay it only bc I would have the higher rate that would cost me that anyway if I stuck it out!! SCAM,SCAM, SCAM!!!!

Was trying to be nice but was lied to point blank. Said there was no cancellation fee which was a lie. Said I could cancel any time no issues but there is a 180$ cancellation fee. Didn't mention the $5 per month service fee. Said I would not switch providers and they are working with PPL Which was a lie. Did all the paperwork for me which was a red flag that I should have said no. Calling PPL now to try and get this reversed. Company may be fine, but the Door to Door people are 100% lying.

The worst energy supplier. They claim they are saving you money on your bill but are charging double. Then they charged you for early cancellation when that was never explained by their service representative. I dont recommend !

A person showed up at my house claiming to be from my current electric company. Said they were trying to get ahold of me through emails and mail. Was very vague about everything but said he needed to update my information and asked to see my phone bill. After I followed his directions I got a letter in the mail a week later showing I had signed up for Rushmore energy. 3 year contract I did not know I signed up for.

Ok, for the past few weeks I have been Official looking Documents in the Mail from Rushmore, that looked like they were from my Electric Supplier. The documents were really confusing and made it look like my electric service provider was warning about drastic rate hikes and my response was needed immediately. Well yesterday, Rushmore sends in their "goon squad" to inform residents that we have failed to respond to our notices, and that action is required and they are here to help us with it... They misleadingly inferred they were with my Electric Power Distributer, asked for a copy of my bill, and then gave me a song and dance about immediate action! Next thing I know i was signed up with Rushmore at horrible rates. After they left I checked their reviews which are horrible, and i realized the agent pointed out my monthly consumption graph and told me that was my variable rate from present company... These people are horrible! I am not going to notify the BBB, nope, I am going to file a complaint with my State's Attorney General, Consumer Affairs Dept.! These people need to be forced to correct their ways!
