After I cancelled and demanded a partial refund, they continued to charge me an additional two months. I got switched back finally but kept receiving calls from them and ended up blocking their number. A class action lawsuit must be filed against them. Smart Energy is criminal and the fact that our govt allows this company to exist doing what they do is criminal also. This is wrong and action must be taken against them. ”

I still have the gift card with like 35 dollars that I haven't used. If you do it right and actually read everything it can be beneficial to some and not beneficial to others. ”

They told me that they will. They also blamed me for my bill being up high by using too much energy. Like are you kidding me. I know how much I use a month.
