Amazing service!
I've had friends who have had some issues here and there, but not me, anytime I call customer service, they've been very attentive and responsive. I love the service!

Horrible
They jacked the rate up to 23.79. New customers were offered 13.9 when I called to question this and get my rate lowered they did nothing to help. Told me Amy change would result in a penalty fee! Customer loyalty means absolutely nothing to them!!!!! With them for over 5 years tolerated the small price increases but this was ridiculous. They did nothing to keep me as a customer. When contract is up so is my business with them!!! Furious!
