Prior to changing my plan, I wanted to be sure I was getting the best rate from EH. I was having some issues online seeing different rates and I wanted the best one. The EH rep figured out a way for me to get the best rate despite the online issues and made sure my request had been received by EH before we ended the call. I appreciated her going the extra mile to ensure that after all my research, I did actually get the rate I wanted.

I called fully ready to change suppliers, and while my rate isn't as low as another I found on line. What I read online with Energy wasn't as low as the "compare pricing" website, I figured the others may be the same way. I did lower my supplier rate, so I am reasonably happy.

We had a shut off notification for 7/6/23 and to have services switched to my girlfriends name (no moving was being done) and we have been working with Penn Power since 6/22/23. We made payments and got help making payments. Called 6/30/23 and got told there was no shut off notice and then on 7/6/23 got shut off after business hours. I called and spoke to someone and they transferred me to a department that was closed so I hung up and called back. I spoke to a very nice lady. Her name is Alex. Alex ID# 57944 spoke with her supervisor to help us and got power restored well within the 30 minutes she told us it would be on. We thank you for helping us out in the best way.

Changing over to Energy Harbor from West Penn Power was very easy and simple. Screen showed plans and rates available with all the details .

No issues changing provider.

Switched over to Constellation mainly because price was better. Everything went very smooth.
