We have been a customer of Park Power for about three years. I have had the great luck to speak with Tina when I have had to reach out to you. Tina is the rep who originally called me to explain why it would be a good idea for us to switch to Park Power. The company that we were using at the time, would not or could not offer us a better rate at the end of our contract.

Well, we did make the switch and have stayed with Park Power since. The rates are great, but the main reason that we stay is the awesome and personal service that we receive from Tina. Though she is very knowledgeable regarding your products and services, it is her warmth and personal touch that keep us coming back.

In this crazy, hands-off society that we live in, you are very lucky to have Tina on board at Park Power. ”

“ In PA and signed up for a 12 month plan at a decent rate, however, when the plan ended, the rate went up 160% - which is significantly higher than PPL's base rate!! They mentioned they sent a letter, however I did not see anything except wording that even without a contract, the rate would be competitive! Maybe if I lived in a remote part of Alaska and wanted to save a few cents from running a gas powered generator!! This company is not worth investing in unless you watch them with a microscope. Horrible experience and will never go back!! ”

“ This company is conducting fraudulent business. After six months of not paying attention to my bill, I decided to take a look and saw that I had a new supplier, IGS Energy who was charging me significantly more than my previous supplier. I called them, and to my surprise, they claimed that my wife signed a contract when a sales representative came to our door. The problem is that my wife never did, and I'm locked into a 3 year contract with an early termination fee of $199.00 for both my electric and my gas. I have asked for a copy of the contract which was supposed to be emailed to me and I am still waiting for that contract. It's absurd to think that a sales representative can come to your home, claimed to have gotten a signature to switch suppliers and now I'm bonded by this ridiculous contract. I bare some responsibility for not checking my bill monthly, but the nerve of this company to switch my supplier without my actual permission is devious and outright criminal. Their account department is claiming that I waited too long to contact them so they can only waive one of the two termination fees. At this point, its probably worth keeping the contract, but I'll cut my losses so I won't have to deal with this company. They informed me that the sales representative, Jason is no longer with the company, but only God knows how many others he would have scammed to gain his commission. ”
