Compare the Best Natural Gas Rates and Suppliers in Greensburg

I only gave 3 stars on recommendations and price because I'm not sure if I read the agreement correctly and will have to contact them. My bill reflects the correct price per kwh but also has an additional customer charge of $9.95. I don't recall seeing that cost specifically but will look into it.

Switched over to Constellation mainly because price was better. Everything went very smooth.

I never had any real issues with peco. Generally reliable, and they are pretty forgiving if you a few days behind. My frustration with them started with their new website, something as simple as paying a bill or switching my address has become a big to do and complicated.

My daughter and I had problems signing up. When I called I was blessed to have Jennifer B Ext 1790 answer. She was truly outstanding in every way. Very polite and courteous and thorough. She worked on our problems, kept in touch and resolved everything. Please honor her excellent service!!

I attempted to change from my default provider to American Power and gas 2-3 months ago. I have been checking every bill diligently, but have been unable to determine if the change ever went through. If it did, I have to provide high marks for seamlessness. But I dont know if it did.

My Bill was the highest its ever been, this might start off sounding like a bad review.
I called for assistance for help paying it. the team was able to look at a budget and split my bill over 6 months. which give me a lot of peace. im a teacher and im off for the summer. with one income for a few months im grateful they were able to help us.

Somehow when paying my bill just assumed it was my monthly bill amount and I hit enter only to find out that there was a bill out there for 1000.00 and another amount which was only 57.00 I only owed the 57.00. And upon looking at my checking account the 1,000.00 was deducted so I called and spoke with Jerrod Addison in customer service and explained the situation and he had his supervisor look into it and expedited it because that was my social security payment and would be without any money for the whole month. He called me back in a few days and said that they would be sending me my payment back by check. I just want to thank Jerrod Addison for all his hard work and that he should be reconized for his great customer service work.
