Should Be Reported to the Better Business Bureau
I signed up with Powervine in August. I had Powervine as my electric supplier for a partial month. I then noticed my electricity was being supplied by my local utility company. I called Powervine and was told that my utility company upgraded their computer system and lost the Powervine account information anyone with Powervine should have received a letter from the local utility company informing them of the need to sign up with Powervine again. I was assured that Powervine would correct this issue. My next electric bill arrived and I still had my local utility company as the supplier. This time I called my utility company and I was told that Powervine sent them a letter stating I cancelled them as my electric supplier. I made another call to Powervine and I was told that the person I spoke with when I was trying to have this issue corrected never followed through with notifying my electric company that I had chosen Powervine. If this issue doesn't get corrected, I will be reporting Powervine to the Better Business Bureau. |

This Company Is Awful
I signed up with this company as a supplier at a very low rate for 36 months. After 4 months of service, I received a letter from PPL said this supplier stopped the service on their side without any notification and reason why. I know the reason why, because they can't afford to supply me the electricity at the low rate that I signed up and have a contract with them. What a sh*t and dishonest company! Please avoid this company! |

False rates after promotion
After my rate lock period expired they increased my fees by almost double. Also they sent me letters with new rates and when they would take affect but they did not match the rates that ended up on my bill. I tried to call them and got a disconnected phone number. DO NOT USE! |
