Dirty thieves
My meter was cracked and I was using close to 3000kwh every month I had to file a puc case just to get them to come out and change it out then I got charged 50$ for it. Then they came back and told puc that the meter tested fine but somehow now I'm averaging around 1300 to 1600kwh a month I'm sorry but there's zero chance that meter tested ok

Worst customer service ever.
Waiting over 2h on the phone, transfer to different departments because the employees are incompetent to do their job and finish my process.But to charge my card that was fast oh yes they did it in seconds. Cant even get the address right and cant even activate my account. Ridiculous . Wish we had another option for electronic service.

Multiple power outages for no reason
Where to begin April 12,2024 lost power @ 10:30 p m never restored until the next day April 13,2024 @ 8 a.m. which I had to go to work with no shower so that made me not so happy... April 15,2024 another outage at 2 a m. and not restored until 9 a m. again still not happy...Oh wait it gets better today April 22,2024 around noon lost power again but it's okay that our bill is roughly 200 a month and we lose power constantly just would like to know if I'm paying someone else's bill?

Im trying to get power back on at the house I just moved into so that there is heat in the house with 3 kids but keep getting told I have to wait for business hours. Like I went online to set everything up and now have no access to my account to figure or resolve the issue. Crazy to think the only assistant over the weekend is just power outage but still can do anything for an account or loss of power. Good to know we are in good hands.

Dropped the ball
Very unprepared for multiple power outages, awful communications, 3 days without power after a routine storm is unacceptable. Pay thru the nose for poor service.

Screw over the elderly
I'm writing this for my mother she got behind on her bill for 2 months when she tried to make payments arrangements of course they were willing to take her money but she didn't have all the money wouldn't make arrangements for told her she needed all the money up front turned off the electric so I guess it doesn't really matter if you're 78 years old pretty much confined to your house can't drive but now you're stuck with no electricity so you can't make the important phone calls they just tell her come up with her money f you know that's the sad part they just won't help I wish I can get negative Stars it's absolutely disgusting how they would rather be greedy than helping people so I'll take my mother to my house flower food rots in the fridge and all the normal stuff but it's a damn shame that they wouldn't help her at all at all a woman who is on fixed income they wouldn't help it's absolutely disgusting that they're greed drives them not a customer in the world they would help before the dollar that's real nice that you know they know that she can't call for help unless I come over and then you just tell her no you're on your own it's absolutely disgusting how they don't help people they should have help for people like this who are on fixed incomes and the way that the prices are nowadays you barely can feed yourself that they would rather have their money before anything else how does it go on Goodfellas if you pay me that's all they care about you know they wouldn't care if she died because she didn't have electric as long as you get paid absolutely disgusting and terrible absolutely terrible I wouldn't recommend them for anything in the world but see I'm we're stuck having them cuz that's how our burrow is I wouldn't recommend them to a third world country you didn't have electricity as long as they get their money they're happy and I don't want to hear any of this crap I'm sorry about your experience you know what they're not sorry about the experience for all the people that she's talked to and they just pretty much said pay the money that's okay she'll go without for a couple more weeks till she gets her pension check but that's okay I'm sure you'll get your money from somewhere else for the customers who can't afford to pay it but all the customers who can't afford to pay it and get caught up you can just let them sit in the dark run from the scammer rip-off artist but if you live in a barrel like I do that's stuck with them then you're just going to get screwed over repeatedly
