Total scam do not buy CleanSky!
“ This company offers a low intro rate and then hopes you don't notice when your contract expires and they flip you to a rate that's about 250% higher than standard rates. Total scam and in my opinion unethical. One positive: DeMario, the customer service agent I called to cancel this highway robbery program, was nice and professional. ”

Think twice before signing up...
“ I've been a Think Energy business customer for 5+ years, my plan was good, no issues. When my 3 yr renewal came due they never notified me of the contract expiration. Instead they raised my rate from .11 to .19 a KW, this increase cost me $150. After seeing the increase in billing it took me 15 phone calls to finally get a Rep to speak with. They don't pick up your calls or return them. Neither do they return your contact emails. When I asked about a new rate for 12 months they quoted me .15 a KW for 3 years. This was above others in the marketplace. When I told them that I would not renew they offered and lowered the rate to .129 a KW for 11 months. Their rate was a bit lower than others so I took the deal. The company is very poor on communication and customer/billing support. Prices are a bit lower than other companies. Overall not a good company to conduct business with. I will look for another company in the months ahead. ”

YOu sign up for a plan and cannot get it
“ I signed up for a plan on Powertochoose. I researched for weeks and this one was the best. When I got my first bill, they didn't have that plan anymore. Plus my bill was wayy too high! They put me on a plan that I didn't even choose. I asked to get another plan that was advertised on their site. They said that was for only new customers only. I AM A NEW CUSTOMER. False advertisement all around. I gave them another chance and I took the plan that the agent suggested. My bill was too high for 2 months in a row. I got another plan and my bill was 250 at the highest from my previous plan but now my plan is over $300. I don't know if there is a problem with their reading my meter but I aint never used 2200 KW h. If you sign up for them get a screenshot of the plan you sign up for and hold them to the fire. If i had known I needed to do that, I would. Now they wont let me out because I got talked into a 5 year plan saying it was their best deal! ”

“ Yet to receive a bill. Had trouble switching as I had two residences on my Eversource bill and that seemed to be an issue yr people could not solve. ”
