“  My contract is up at the end of April. I called them 4/9 to not renew the contract. They said they don't have a way to do that, and I have to call back closer to end of April. Explained that I just don't want to renew my contract once term is over at the end of April. Again, they don't have a way to do that, they could try to put in this request, but not sure if it will be accepted. Told me I have to call back closer to the end of April. They are basically hoping I forget to call back so they can auto-renew my contract. Very shady business practice and not to be trusted!! ”

“  Story as old as time with this energy provider. They start you off at a good price then shoot you up almost 200% (thats 3x) horribly misinformed associates and overall just unpleasant to work with. ”

“  Tried to do easy transfer they messed it up. Called twice, spent a total of 3 hours on the phone (mostly on hold). How they got a 4.7 on here is complete hogwash haha.
They still had to send out a technician a week later. I cannot wait to see how the screw up the billing. ”
